Welcome 👋

If you have female reproductive organs, had them, or know someone who does, information in this guide may be of interest.

My name is Julie, and I was diagnosed with cervical cancer (CC) in late 2022. A year prior to my diagnosis, I was told that the abnormal cells on my cervix should go away on their own. After one of the most emotionally challenging periods of my life, they turned into cancer. As I share this, I am starting PDT treatment which you can learn about below.

This resource is the compilation of 19 months of late nights and long days spent researching, thousands of dollars on practitioners and testing, and my personal experience along the way. Knowing what I know now, this simply shouldn’t have happened. I’m sharing these resources so other women, and cancer patients will feel a little less alone, and a little more empowered when navigating options for taking care of their health. This guide is not medical advice. I welcome questions, feedback or suggestions, and will continue updating it as I come across new information and research.

If you find this resource helpful, please consider contributing to my GoFundMe below**:**

Thank you ❤️

Things I wish I knew about HPV

Resources I wish I knew about sooner

After my diagnosis, I worked full-time for 6-months, trying to balance navigating my diagnosis, my options, and a full-time job because I didn’t know that there was any other option than to keep working to support myself. These resources are specific to California.
